They Aren't Intelligent! | Day 27 Patriot Pushup Challenge | GenXpert (#0029) Rick Carman (00:00)Hey everybody, Rick Carman here, and welcome back to GenXpert. we're on day 27 of the Patriot Push-Up Challenge. That's day 27 of the Patriot Push-Up Challenge. That means we got four more days left after today. So that's awesome. I'm so excited. If you're just now joining us, we're doing 31 push-ups for 31 days of July, and we're on day 27. So if you missed it, go back and do all the push-ups and then catch up. I'm just kidding.if you miss it, you can start today and finish up with us, or you can go back and start with number one and then finish up and do it do it yourself. Either way, if you've been with us this whole time, thank you so much for joining me on this journey. I really appreciate it. You could be anywhere else, but you're here and I'm proud of you for showing up today. We're just trying to stay fit as men of our 50. We're just trying to stay fit in shape, you know, develop consistency.I'm gonna do this because I gotta go to the gym here in a minute. It's like a hundred degrees outside, but the wind is blowing a little bit, so not not as bad as it has been. And but I'm gonna do my push-ups so I can go to the gym. Trying to get consistent with going to the gym, trying to get consistent with eating properly. you know, at this age or at any age really, we've really got to watch what we're eating, what we're putting in our body. Our body is our temple, right? So we gotta be careful what we're putting in our body as we're made in the image of God. And we need to take care of this image, okay? And we need to make sure we look good, we feel good. and you know you just want to stay healthy, you want to live long for your family, for your grandkids, for your kids, and all that stuff. The longer you live, the more people you can bring to Jesus. Am I right? I'm right. So so that's what we're trying to do. I'm getting stronger. I'm gonna go check my bench press today, see how I do.
