In the Showcase section, we present a curated selection of audiovisual artworks from both foreign and domestic sources. The ambition of Showcase is to exclusively present artistic creations in the medium of moving images on Artyčok.TV. For a period of two months, one specific work is always on display, accompanied by a podcast in the form of an interview with the authors about their work.
As part of the new Showcase episode, viewers could watch the short film Cell 5 - A Reconstruction (2023) by Mario Pfeifer for two months on the
artycok.tv web site and listen to an interview with him conducted by Janek Rous in the podcast of the same name.
What is Artyčok.TV podcast channel?
Artyčok.TV produkuje zejména umělecké či autorské dokumentární podcasty a to jak formou ucelených sérií (Na čom makáš, Hrabáreň, Hornina, nerost, minerál, kámen) či zvukově-dramatických děl, tak formou doprovodných podcastů k rozsáhlejším publikacím (Téma, Showcase). Převažující část audio tvorby je v českém jazyce, případně v anglicko-českých provedeních.
