Tim Jupp spent 17 years on the road with worship band Delirious. He now heads up the UK's Big Church Day Out. Tim talks about touring, teenagers, and the power of talking. 

Tim was on the road touring for most of his four children’s young lives. They’ve all finished school now and two of his kids work for him.

Tim reflects on being away from the family, how life keeps going without him, and his keys to staying connected when miles apart.
