In "Leaders Into the Wild" praten vader en zoon Boy en Niek van Droffelaar over hun wilderniservaringen. Samen gaan ze op zoek naar de impact van de Natuur op verandering van Leiderschap. Ze bevragen elkaar over processen van piekervaringen en de psychologie van mindsetverandering bij leiders. Boy (72) is gepensioneerd corporate executive en thans facilitator bij de Foundation for Natural Leadership. Hij is recent gepromoveerd op dit onderwerp aan Wageningen University & Research. Niek (33) is actief als consultant bij De Transformatie Groep. Zo ontmoeten theorie en praktijk elkaar.
