Welcome to SMARTcast. Episode 25 - TechTalk - Consistency Across a Multi-Property Portfolio with Chris Beedie.
Imagine arriving late at your second home after weeks away. The Wi-Fi wants a password nobody can find, the lighting keypad uses scene names you don’t recognise, and the TV has forgotten the series you were halfway through.
Nothing is broken, but nothing feels like home.
For clients with several residences, that is the challenge. Each home should keep its own character, but the things that matter most to the family should work the same way everywhere.
So how do you get there, without simply copying and pasting one house into the next?
Enjoy!
