Jordan Wagman is a James Beard nominated Chef, a best selling author and a podcast host. He's also an psoriasis advocate and needless to say very busy. I'm grateful he carved out some time for me this week as we discussed some of the things he does in the cannabis space while infusing food with the plant. How pot has helped him battle a very painful disease and some holiday treat ideas you can try this Christmas. It was so much fun and I can't wait to see what Jordan has cooking up in the future. I really hope we can work together down the road.
Chris Ianson is our educator and the Manager of the Jasper Avenue location of Nova Cannabis in Edmonton. Each week we explore a different cultivar and make recommendations for what level of cannabis user it fits with based on their level of experience.
