Meet Jason! A NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps) Class 18, Denver CO.

Jason shares his experience in the program, discussing his application process, projects, and the value of the connection to the outdoors. Both Nicki and Jason reflected on the challenges and character-building aspects of a service year, as well as the soft skills they developed. They also reminisce about specific projects, including a firefighting training and mitigation effort. Towards the end, Jason discussed his current work in public transit and his interest in public assets and the importance of collective impact theory.
