This week, Pastor Warren Williams continues us in our new sermon series titled The Servant King, a study of Isaiah 40-55; a unified poem that marks the beginning of Isaiah’s “book of comfort,” so named because Isaiah 40 opens with, “Comfort, comfort my people, says your God.”
It’s a poem that begins with the glory and greatness of God and concludes with a reflection on the pinnacle of God’s greatness — the suffering and substitutionary death of the Suffering Servant, Jesus Christ. Along the way, we see a great deal of the heart and character of the God who loves to bring his people back.
This week, Pastor Williams teaches out of Isaiah 43 and 44.

GIVING
Everything we have is a gift from the Lord because He owns it all. Therefore giving should be a priority for us who have received all we have. Giving cheerfully, sacrificially, and consistently is a part of our worship.
