Moving Markets

Trading volumes were low due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the US. Investors’ focus was on the French budget discussions as French bond yields surpassed those of Greece for the first time on budget concerns. This morning some headlines around a potential further stimulus package in China at a key policy meeting in December are shaping the markets going into the weekend. And we also have Tim Gagie, Head of FX&PM Solutions Geneva, on the show. He talks about the US dollar, why he likes precious metals, and the seasonality of the Swiss franc.
