Today’s devotion is offered by Ryan Bratton It is based on the story from Jonah when God shows mercy to the people of Nineveh; the scripture is read from the Contemporary English Bible. The devotion begins with music provided by Sarah DelBene, playing “What Wondrous Love Is This,” arranged for flute. Lay aside everything else for the next few minutes . . . allow the music to settle your soul making space to listen for God. 

What is Open to Explore Devotions?

The devotions for season 3 are offered daily during the season of Advent, beginning Sunday, November 28 and concluding on Christmas Day, Saturday December 25. Members from our congregation, men and women of various ages, offer a personal reflection on the question, "What gives you hope this advent and Christmas season?" Additionally, a verse from a featured carol is read each day by a youth, or child. The music performed and produced by Sarah DelBene.
