Reading Song of Solomon Chapter 5

The bride hears the voice of her beloved, but when she opens the door, he is gone! When she goes in search of him, she is beaten and bruised. Those supposedly guarding the city also take her cloak away. Then she is asked to explain why her beloved is better than any other. Her following description is beyond compare, but she ends the answer by saying he is her friend. Read from the World English Bible.
