Lisa Vanderkwaak (pronounced Van- der- kwok) is a passionate pursuer of freedom and fulfillment in all areas of life. Even though today she is a dynamic communicator, she was once so terrified even to speak in a small group discussion and believed it wasn’t safe to speak. Through a personal and spiritual transformation process and by engaging in coaching , she discovered the keys that unlocked her confidence and catapulted her speaking success. Combining more than 27 years experience as a speaker, coach and trainer, today Lisa focuses on training Women entrepreneurs  on how to expand their personal capacity so they can use their voice to shift cultures and increase their influence, income and Kingdom impact.  Her Speak to Transform Method™, helps women fast-track the journey and cut years off the learning curve so women learn how to Speak with increased confidence, clarity and transformational impact.   Lisa started out as a Speech-Language Pathologist, became an ordained minister, co-founded a non-profit organization on two university campuses, and holds certifications as an executive, life & speaking coach.  In 2007, her life changed dramatically when she became widowed and a single mom with no secure income. It was during this time, following the leading of the Spirit, she founded her business  Lisa V. Media & Speaker Services and created the Emerging Women Speaker’s Community .  Lisa believes that having strong communication skills is no longer just nice-to have but rather is now an essential asset , especially for those aspiring to higher levels of impact and income. Lisa is a 4x Best-selling author and media host. As she speaks to a global audience, Lisa’s mission is to help free women from oppression by providing training and tools for them to become a positive and powerful voice of influence as they fulfill their purpose on the earth.
