Rob returns to the 'Cast after a two week break with a proposal for the Donegal Derry Vipers. In kitted football, we cover the games up North which saw the Knights and Jets clinch wins over the Cowboys and Giants, respectively, and we look ahead to this weekends' upcoming fixture in Deramore Park which sees the return of Trojan football.
In flag, last week's Multicode Shield action saw upsets across the board.. which have meant BIG changes in the Power Rankings!
