Courage In The Calling

Shelley Loving, founder of Shelley Can Help, shares her personal journey of going through a significant life transition when her husband had a massive heart attack at the age of 41. She discusses the factors that contributed to the heart attack, including undiagnosed sleep apnea, stress, and high cholesterol. Shelley emphasizes the importance of listening to your body and reducing chronic inflammation through an anti-inflammatory diet. She also talks about her own experience of feeling lonely and purposeless after selling her businesses and going through a period of unemployment. Shelley found her purpose in helping others improve their health through nutrition and cooking.
