For many of us social media has become a huge part of lives. It’s a place where we connect with each other, can access news and information, and is often used for businesses to market and sell products. There are many advantages to the use social media but the pressure of constantly being switched on or feeling like you need to the lead the perfect life can have a detrimental effect on our wellbeing. This episode will discuss digital wellbeing and how to deal with the pressures of social media.
