Ben Laube - From IT to Real Estate

Glenn Sanford, Founder, CEO and Chairman of eXp World Holdings, hosts eXpansion, a weekly podcast about #ProfessionalDevelopment and #PersonalGrowth, with eXp Realty ICON agents. On this week's episode, Glenn sits down with Ben Laube, a three-time ICON agent out of Orlando, Florida. With a background of 5 years in working in web design development and marketing, Ben discusses how he found more value in his skill set in real estate.

As a Florida native, originally from Apopka, Ben has lived his entire life within Central Florida. After graduating from high school, and while attending college, he developed a habit of moving every year. As a result, he has a keen understanding of the various neighborhoods in Orlando and the best places to eat. Ben enjoys helping families make the biggest financial purchase of their lives and understands that it is a very emotionally rewarding opportunity. He focuses on educating the customer throughout the purchasing process, ensuring their understanding of potential outcomes, managing expectations and the next steps ahead.
