स्वानुकुलतया अर्थकथनम्

लोके जनाः स्वानुभवानुरूपानेव शास्त्रोपदेशान् गृह्णन्ति इत्यस्य उदाहरणं भवितुमर्हति इयं कथा । कदाचित् तीर्थयात्रां कुर्वन्तौ सुहृदौ मार्गभ्रष्टौ भूत्वा क्षुद्बाधया इतस्ततः अटित्वा अन्ते कस्मिंश्चित् ग्रामे देवपूजानिमित्तं परिकल्पितार्थं भोजनार्थम् उपविष्टवन्तौ । भोजनसमये जनैः उक्तं श्लोकं श्रुत्वा तयोर्मध्ये एकः चिन्तयति यत् भोजने विरलतया लब्धे न अधिकं खादेयम् यतः मम तीर्थयात्रायां विघ्नः भवेत् इति । स्वल्पकालानन्तरं 'अहं वैश्वानरो भूत्वा..’ श्लोकं श्रुत्वा अपरः चिन्तयति यत् अद्य भूरिभोजनं करिष्यामि यतः अन्तः स्थितः वैश्वानररूपः देवः भुक्तम् अन्नं पाचयति इति ।

This story tells how individuals interpret spiritual teachings based on their personal experiences. Once, two friends, while on a pilgrimage, became lost on their way and, suffering from hunger, wandered here and there. Finally, they reached a village and while they were eating, they heard a verse spoken by the people around them. Upon hearing this, one of them thought to himself, “Since food is scarce, I should not eat too much, for it may hinder my pilgrimage.”. Shortly after, hearing another verse, one of them thought, “Today I shall eat a hearty meal, for the deity in the form of the inner fire will digest the food that I eat”.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
