本周指定食材:铃铃卷
榴莲椰子鸡汤
材料
1.榴莲一粒只取壳內的白肉 一 80g
2.椰子一粒取椰肉 一 200g 切條
3.椰子水 一 500mL
4. 鸡腿4支 一 850g
5. 清水一 1500mL
6. 盐一 1茶匕
=做法=
1.鸡腿去皮去多余的油洗净后切成2,飞水5分钟后再清冼一片待用
2. 把榴莲壳內的白肉取出切成塊狀待用
3. 椰子肉挖出切成條状待用
=煮法=
1.沙锅加入1500mL的清水,待水滾后加入鸡腿塊丶椰子肉和榴莲壳內的白肉一起用小火闷煮45分钟后再加一茶匕的盐和500ml的椰子水煮多5分钟即可.
=开动前可用榴莲来点缀=
