This week I am featuring Rocklin, a city in Placer County. Located east of Sacramento, with easy access to Interstate 80… Rocklin has a spectacular outdoor adventure area with rope courses, zip lines, climbing walls, and pedal boats…. Rocklin also has a junior college.….. Rocklin is about 30 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to Sacramento from Rocklin are about 25 minutes via the freeway…..

I selected Rocklin this week because only thirteen single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 144 single family homes available in Rocklin which is the most summer inventory in five years…..

What is Capital 5th Podcast?

The question is, are you considering a home in the Sacramento area but don't know where to start? Welcome to the Capital 5th Podcast, hosted by Ben Howard, a California licensed real estate advisor and third generation Sacramento area resident serving you since 2016.
