Agnieszka is a Research Assistant working at the Interdisciplinary Research for Labour market and Family Dynamics (LabFam) and a PhD Candidate at the University of Warsaw in Poland. She conducts research exploring the impact of technological advances in the labour market on work conditions, from gender and family perspectives. Her last few publications concern the topic of working from home and its impact on careers.
