Episode 174: Mission Accomplished

Today, I'm sharing a deeply personal journey, reflecting on the eight-year anniversary of my mother's sudden passing on August 4, 2016. I open up about our complicated relationship, the growth and healing that stemmed from this loss, and the transformation I underwent during this period. Trials are opportunities for growth and encourage you to embrace all parts of yourself, even the hidden and painful ones, to truly thrive and make an impact in the world.

I also discuss the move from my familiar life in the city to a small town living on 20 acres, which brought about significant changes and a newfound motivation to do the deep inner work I had been avoiding. Despite the temporary happiness of change, I was thrust into the profound grief I experienced, the inner work I committed to, and the realization that true fulfillment comes from within. My journey from survival to thriving is a testament to the commitment and power of personal growth. This episode is a powerful reminder that no matter where you are in life, massive shifts and transformations are possible.
