Angelo Keely found himself in a bad place. At the age of 16, Angelo found himself beaten and stabbed. His abdomen ripped open, Angelo found himself fighting for his life. It marked a turning point in Angelo's life. He had to rebuild himself from scratch from that day forward with very little support. It was on him. Angelo's recovery has led him to many places - silent 10-day meditation retreats, traveling through the Himalayas, living in France, and launching Kion. Angelo's recovery started with improving his diet and lifestyle, but he dabbled in just about everything: barefoot running, yoga, breathwork to martial arts.
