Write this Down! with Dot Bowen

We’re back with the second episode in our 3 part mini-series leading up to Easter. Today we’re looking at a somewhat unusual verse as we talk about what Jesus may have been doing on the Saturday after his death. No matter what Jesus was doing on that day, we can know for sure that He was at work for our good. If you are sitting in the “in-between” in your life right now, this conversation is sure to encourage you, so grab your Bible and a journal and join us.

Scripture Verse:
“For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit. After being made alive, he went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits- to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water,” 1 Peter 3:18-20
