I commenced my career in 1991 as a science and physical education teacher. The following year I took on a leadership position and have held at least one leadership role ever since. I completed a Master's in School Leadership in 2010. I was an assistant principal for 11 years and I have just started my seventh year as principal of Rowville Secondary College, a dual campus school with 1800 students and 4 specialist programs. I am a mum of 6 girls, including two sets of identical twins.
