Welcome to the 100th episode!
There was a time when publishing 100 episodes seemed like a massive goal. Yet, here we are: celebrating…and also getting ready for a success slump.
What is a success slump?
That emotional release and dip after you’ve accomplished a goal. It shows up as:
- Questions like “is this really it?” and “what now?”
- Distancing yourself from the results you created “it wasn’t that hard”
- Feeling exhausted and sleeping more
- Feeling confused, exposed, or anxious
I share a series of goals my clients achieved in Q4 2022 and how they all experienced a success slump.
A success slump is a normal part of being a human, so let’s normalize it and prepare for it. In this episode, I teach you how to move with ease through one and how to still enjoy your new results.
Thanks so much for being here and celebrating 100 episodes with me!
Celebrate Brave is now serving a much broader audience than it did at the beginning. I want to hear from you: what questions do you have? What topic would you like to hear my thought and experiences about? Who is making a bold, audacious, brave difference in the world?
