Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #11- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Question from You! “I’m in small market and out of ideas, help!”. A big shoutout to Jed Valentino for this fire up question. He's from a smaller market that has only 250,000 residence or so, which is not a big metropolis city, and he's running out of ideas for his content. I love answering those kinds of questions, and that's what we are focusing on today. Small or big market, I will share what I've done and experiences to you. You may not have a lot of people reaches out to you when you are in a small market, it is best to do more listing and videos about "What they should know about moving to this City/State?". But regardless of how hot a market is, a smaller one is by far still the best. I've actually done a couple of it and you should check out Channel Junkies on YouTube. Remembering about my old hometown, as I saw a lot of people are moving there and nobody’s doing a content for it why not start my channel there? It’s a very small market and still a hot one and I knew from the beginning that there will be a big opportunity there. An example of big market is Seattle, Washington, where I did 77 videos and none of it got that big shot of a view. Millions and millions of videos about Seattle is there on YouTube it’s really hard and completely saturated. You have more advantage for a small market and it’s the most preferable by others.
