A few KEY NOTES to remember from this episode:
1. Finding the right STARTING POSITION is KEY.
2. Get explosive 3-4 times a week but VARY your modalities. It isn't about the barbell as much as it is your ability to push FORCE through the ground.
3. Allow for adequate recovery to allow the RIGHT Adaptations.
4. SIZE does not always mean STRENGTH, and being BIGGER won't necessarily make you STRONGER.
