Life is always throwing punches. We can train our bodies to endure some of the physical combinations life throws at us. Friends, please hear me when I preach that we are not at war against flesh and blood. Most of what harms us are attacks we can't fight off with our fists. Prayer BootCamp is all about armoring ourselves in prayer. This is how I fight my battles. Pray without ceasing. This is some encouragement from our latest prayer boot camp.
