Oliver Crossley is a physiotherapist based on the gold coast, with a keen interest in movement and a passion for yoga and meditation.
Ollie has an incredible story that led to him becoming a physio, following in the footsteps of his grandmother that he never met. Towards the end of his studies, Ollie and his family went through an extremely tough time that saw his mother fall ill. Tragically, she lost her battle the night before his final exam.
In this episode, we get pretty raw with Ollie about how he dealt with that grief, the coping mechanisms that he used to get through that and a few valuable insights about life in general.
We thoroughly enjoyed this yarn and we're looking forward to getting him back in to talk about the link between injuries and mental illness.
