FDNY Smart Podcast for Kids!

When someone’s heart has stopped, it is critical that bystanders not only call 911… starting CPR will help that person and increase their chance of survival. In this episode of the FDNY Smart Podcast for Kids!, FDNY EMT Sarah McShane and her student co-host Chloe, a Third Grader from Brooklyn, discuss the technique of hands-only CPR and how families can be prepared during emergencies. We also join the FDNY CPR Team at Marie Curie School for Medicine, Nursing and Health Professions in the Bronx where high school students learn how to perform hands-only CPR. This podcast is brought to you with support from the FDNY Foundation and its Partners.
