The Brew Trails

In episode #5, we talk with Chris and Amanda Rupka. He is a homebrewer and she is a Celiac. Both lived the life of craft beer enthusiasts in Colorado and then she found out, she couldn't drink the beer! Listen in on our conversation in the back of the brewery as we discuss their challenges and hopes for more Gluten FREE beer.

We also have our first Inter-State call as I interview Joe Casey and Steven Hallstone at Omission Beer Co. They let you know all about their gluten-reduced beer and the process and testing that they perform.

I am very proud of this latest episode and hope you enjoy it. If so, comment, subscribe, and mostly, share Brew Trails with someone you know who enjoys craft beer and the outdoors!
