Stephen Ellis is a farmer and the owner of a farm-to-table restaurant in Eastern Virginia. Ellis and Vance talk about how he had to be creative when COVID forced his restaurant to close. The conversation continued to cover subjects like the value of church, how to raise children, the value of learning how to speak and write persuasively and if it is ok to shake people's hands.
Vance Crowe interviews people with an expertise that you would want to know about, but might not think to ask. He prompts his guests to think about their work in novel ways, discusses how it applies to regular people and has fun sharing stories and experiences.
