The Zero Hour

Episode 26: Meet Ben Tuff, educator, coach, ultra-marathon swimmer, certified recovery coach, dad, husband, and friend of the Zero Hour. In 2019 he swam 25 miles around Conanicut Island in Narragansett Bay, where Jamestown is located. In 2021, he swam nearly 19 miles of sharky stretch of ocean from Block Island to Jamestown, and last year, he swam from Providence to Jamestown, an almost 24-mile length of Narragansett Bay. He just produced a documentary about his journey through swimming to sobriety: "Swim Tuff: How I Swam My Way Out of a Bottle.” Join Marc and Christine as Ben tells his zero-hour story and the empowered life path he's found as he works to make a positive impact through his work as a recovery coach, speaker, and motivator.

What is The Zero Hour?

The Zero Hour Podcast is about those moments, experiences and journeys they initiate for us. Our zero hours open us up to new opportunities and experiences, no matter who we are.
