Reading 2 Kings Chapter 10

Jehu motivates those who have cared for Ahab's sons to cut off their heads, which are then sent to him in baskets and used to help politically consolidate his position. The brothers of the recently deceased king of Judah have the misfortune to run into Jehu, who orders for them to be killed. Then Jehu meets a fellow named Jehonadab the son of Rechab and makes an agreement with him before heading out to work a sting operation on the worshippers of Baal. Read from the World English Bible.
