We want to be feeling better: more lightness, more powerful, more capable, more worthy, etc
It's much more straight forward than you might think,
it just takes being dedicated to noticing where you are, and having the desire to feel better.

I give the example of how to use this process with money.
I also question if fear or worry is necessary to be more successful.
