The argument here is to shift the emphasis: real-time benchmarking, simulations where autonomous avatars of regulators and unions stress-test decisions against supply chain and geopolitical shocks, and workflow redesign on sovereign-ready infrastructure.
Worth a listen if your AI strategy is currently a spreadsheet of pilots nobody can connect to a future state.
