Hope for Healing, Faith for Living Podcast

Summary:

“...I am the Lord, your healer.” - Exodus 15:26

How to have success in knowing God and walking in His will?

We see how through out Scripture including in the first chapter of Joshua.

Joshua had just followed Moses in leading the children of Israel and God was giving him instructions how to successfully do it.

Joshua 1:8-9 ESV
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:8-9 NIV
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

If you know how to worry, you know how to meditate. Worrying is meditating on the wrong things.

Psalm 105:37

NIV
He brought out Israel, laden with silver and gold, and from among their tribes no one faltered.

ESV
Then he brought out Israel with silver and gold, and there was none among his tribes who stumbled.

KJV
He also brought them out with silver and gold, And there was none feeble among His tribes.

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
He brought them out with silver and with gold and there was no one who was weak among their generations.

GNT
Then he led the Israelites out; they carried silver and gold, and all of them were healthy and strong.

God has made how to experience him and the life he has for us very simple.
Meditate on and speak the Word. Do what it says.
