Kalvin Loves!
His dad gave all three kids nicknames and he was dubbed Spank. He reached out to chat and proposed a meeting at Venice Beach. As a mental health coach, I meet my clients where they are—LITERALLY. He’s a surfer who often sports tie-dye attire and goes barefoot. While much of rap music reflects the realities of street life, Spank uses his lyrics to express his vision for a world filled with LOVE. Thus, he has embraced the name Kalvin LOVE. I refer to him as the Oprah of Rap. Tune in as he opens up about his challenges, heartaches, wisdom, joy, and love.
