Steve and Kappi Helms left their careers to steward a family legacy that began on Texas land in 1910. In this episode, they share how they built a trusted team of advisors, divided their roles while working side by side as spouses, and kept giving faithfully through lean seasons.
Steve also talks about leading the volunteer-run DFW Technology Prayer Breakfast, which brings nearly a thousand North Texas tech professionals together each year to hear how leaders live out their faith at work.
Kappi shares her "womb to tomb" approach to philanthropy, from supporting pregnancy centers to improving care for seniors. Through it all, they look ahead to the next 100 years with one conviction: this is not our money.
