Dad does his special Hurricane for his celebration drink! His snacks are red beans and rice, jambalaya, and rum balls; to go with that rum theme. Josh does Geoffroy Rose' de Saignee' Brut Champagne for his celebration drink. For his celebration food he has brazed short ribs, a porchetta and a myriad of macaroons. Josh and Dad have a great time eating and sipping on their celebration food and drinks. Dad explains his celebration choice since it wasn't what Josh thought his celebration drink would be.
