We sit down with Sandy Munro, the Founder of Munro & Associates. They specialize in reverse engineering, benchmarking and supply chain management. We discussed his background starting with his time at Ford to why he began Munro & Associates and the current state of Electric Vehicles. Sandy’s new youtube channel (Munro Live) focuses on taking a part just about anything (including Teslas) and how to improve the manufacturing process.
