Welcome to Woman Leadership show. I'm Janet Aisyah and in this episode, I will be sharing with you on my contract job at 25 years old.

Key points 
- I was retrenched at age 25 and I found a temporary job and later convert into contract role followed by permanent job. 
- My attitude and good performance earned my boss trust and later convert me into permanent role. I took the risk by taking the temporary role instead of waiting for the permanent role. 
- Putting in extra hours to do the Information system and data management which they are not my highest preference.
