Jo Wood is a well-known model, author, TV Personality and entrepreneur who is passionate about green issues and has followed an organic lifestyle for many years.
For many years Jo toured the world with The Rolling Stones alongside her former husband Ronnie Wood, living in LA and New York before returning home to the UK.
In 2005 she launched her own award-winning range of organic beauty products, Jo Wood organics and she has just published her 3rd book ‘Stoned’ full of iconic images, taken by Jo, from those days on the road with the band.
Jo has 4 children and 10 grandchildren and has recently left London to live off grid in the countryside. Alongside plans to relaunch her brilliant pop-up restaurant Mrs Paisley Lashings and on-going work on her alien nation podcast is Jo continues to be a huge supporter of many environmental charities.
Jo was so lovely to chat to as she always is and on this episode she tells her story of being diagnosed with crohns disease as a young wife of a Rolling Stone and how she turned her life around, after taking on the importance of nutrition and organic food. She shares stories and living through some wild times back in the day and how she adapted that new lifestyle with her life on tour.
With her gorgeous and generous spirit, Jo talks about the new challenges she faces in moving to live a life off grid and her plans to rewild her new home.
