This week I was invited to a virtual One on One session with Broken Coast Head Grower Kevin Anderson. It was a very educating event and I wish I could share more of it with you, the quality on some parts of the event, doesn't live up to our high standards. I still think you will enjoy the shortened version and get a peak inside Broken Coast.

Each week on Know Your Buds, we explore a different cultivar and make recommendations for what level of cannabis user it fits with based on their level of experience. I was so excited when I found out we were doing a higher CBD, lower THC cultivar and Dancehall from Spinach didn't disappoint. It's a sativa so great for day time use and it won't get you sky high but rather it invites creativity in a lot of people. We'll give you the Who-What-When it's good for (hint: everyone) and more.
The Cannabis Question is about music and for What Pairs Well with Cannabis, I went with tough days, as the plant has literally been a life saver for me in the past.
