What does wellness mean to you? Sarah Malouf, a health coach, and fellow podcaster shares her view on wellness and how we are much more than the size we wear.

Bio: Sarah Daws Malouf, a native of Memphis, TN, and now lives in Madison, MS as an IIN certified health coach, host of the “Well Being, Well Said.” podcast, and lover of all things wellness. Sarah actively believes in and practices principles learned through her time at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition, seeing health and wellness through a “whole person” lens vs. simply looking at diet and/or weight. When working with clients, Sarah starts within- deeply examining the mind/body connection along with the key component of spirituality.
