Shalom and welcome back. In chapter 33 of Tanya, it says that a person should view themselves as if they are standing in the middle between their good inclination and their evil inclination. This means we have choices in life. Sometimes we feel pulled to do the wrong thing, and sometimes we feel pulled to do the right thing. But ultimately, we are the ones who get to decide. So, the next time you are feeling tempted to do something you know you shouldn’t do, remember that you have the power to choose which inclination you want to follow.
