He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at USAA, Chairman of the Board at Fluence Energy, and sits on the boards of Host Hotels and Comfort Systems USA. Herman is also Vice Chair of the Board of the American Red Cross and Vice Chair of the West Point Association of Graduates, after a distinguished career as an Army officer and finance professor at West Point.
