Andrea Chang is from the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries (TIM) Centre and works part-time as an Assistant Intercultural Leadership Consultant who is certified in Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS®) and certified with Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®) as an Administrator and Coach. Her role with the TIM Centre also includes research where she works as a research assistant.
