Steve Oliver makes a four-spot jump to claim the top of the countdown with “Dancing in the Sand,” featuring Peter White. The Latin-flavored groove leads this week’s 20 smoothest jazz songs, with Bob Baldwin’s “HEPnotic (Hep Is The New Hip)” climbing to #2 and Nicholas Cole’s “Green Light” holding down the #3 position.
