In this episode, I’m sharing the raw, unfiltered truth about my experience with burnout as an online coach. Back in 2019, I said yes to everything -- every shift, every class, every client - even when it didn’t fit my schedule or align with my goals.

I was working 3:30am to 10pm, 5-6 days a week, living on caffeine and protein bars, convinced that hustling harder would grow my coaching business.

Spoiler alert: it didn’t.

Instead, I spiralled. I forgot sessions, mixed up my diary, and felt like I was failing my clients. My energy tanked, my passion disappeared, and my relationships suffered—the only time I saw my girlfriend was when she came to pick me up from work.
